Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-25.

These are the terms for using this website. They are written in plain words. When you become a client you will sign a separate service agreement, and that agreement comes first wherever it says something different.

Who we are

Finale Websites is a small website business in La Verne, California. You can reach us at launchwithfinale@gmail.com or call (520) 788-4866.

What this site is

This site describes our services and lets you ask for a free demo. Nothing here is a binding offer. A service only begins when you and we both sign an agreement.

Prices

Prices shown are our current standard prices in US dollars. They can change; the price that applies to you is the one in your signed agreement. Work beyond your plan is quoted first and only done if you agree in writing.

No promises about results

We build good websites and look after them, but we cannot promise any particular number of calls, customers, sales or search ranking. Results depend on many things we do not control.

The free demo

A demo is a free preview of what your website could look like. It is ours to show you; you may not copy, publish or use it unless you become a client. Asking for one puts you under no obligation.

Using the site

Please do not misuse this site: no attempts to break or overload it, no false or spammy submissions, and no use of our content to mislead others.

Our content

The words, design and code on this site are ours. The photographs are CC0 stock images that show the kinds of business we build for; they are not our clients or their work.

Other websites

We may link to other websites. We are not responsible for them.

Availability and liability

We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

California law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, and disputes about this website are for the courts of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
