Website maintenance
Website maintenance plans for small businesses
A website you do not look after slowly stops working. Our monthly plans keep your site up, fast and current, and make the changes you ask for, so it never goes stale.
What a maintenance plan covers
Every plan includes the care a site needs to keep working.
- Checks that your site is up and loading fast
- Health, security and search checks, so problems are found before your customers find them
- Updates when something on the site needs changing for the site to keep working
- A set number of changes each month: new hours, a new photo, a changed price, a new offer
- A private dashboard with your visitor numbers and a chat box that reaches a person
Plans and prices
Three plans, one monthly price each, with 30 days' written notice to end and you keep your site. Work beyond a plan is quoted first and only done if you agree in writing, so there are no surprise bills.
Website hosting and maintenance on one bill
We set your hosting up for you, and care for the site on the same plan, so there is one provider to ask and one monthly price.
Who it is for
Any small business whose website we built, and who would rather have someone own the upkeep. If your site was built elsewhere and you want it looked after, tell us what it is on and we will say honestly whether we can.

Questions about website maintenance
How much does website maintenance cost?
Our plans are $140, $285 and $475 a month, depending on how many changes and how much ongoing improvement you want. Each plan's contents are on the pricing page.
How often should a website be updated?
Checked often, changed when your business changes. A site needs regular checks to stay fast and safe, and a change whenever your hours, prices, services or contact details change.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans end with 30 days' written notice, at the end of the billing month, and you keep your site.
